# PGP Key Certification Policy of Anton Marchukov

## Scope

This document applies only to the key certification signatures made with
the following PGP keys:

  rsa4096/8F39C8EFBC979206 2017-01-15
  fingerprint = 0BE0 51B2 12A5 1464 0102  0354 8F39 C8EF BC97 9206

I can change this policy. I will specify the effective date for the change
if it affects signatures made before.

Certifications made under the policy have no legal relevance.


## Certification Levels

This section lists the meanings of certification levels I use.

0. I will not answer. (default)

  This level is not used.

1. I have not checked at all.

  This level is not used.

2. I have done casual checking.

  - I checked the identity according to at least one valid government-
    issued ID.
  - I did only basic visual checks of the document validity (I made sure
    I recognize the document provided and checked basic information to match).
  - This is the only level given by me during mass key signing party events.
  - For project keys (not owned by a person), I made basic checks to make sure
    I got the fingerprint from a person involved in the project (e.g. listed on
    the project website, having an associated e-mail, etc).

3. I have done very careful checking.

  Besides the items mentioned in "I have done casual checking" the following
  also applies:
	
  - I verified identity documents to be authentic and valid (e.g. by reading
    its electronic signatures).
  - Or I have significant personal trust in the person identity (e.g. a co-worker,
    long-time friend, etc).
  - For project keys (not owned by a person), I am involved in the project to the
    level that gives me a trust in authenticity of the keys (e.g. projects I take
    part in).
